Established in 1971 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Moyer & Haupt Incorporated. M & H Marine began serving the local boating market with Mercury Outboards, Mercruiser Stern Drives and Mercury Snowmobiles, along with Glastron and Larson Fiberglass Runabouts, MirroCraft Aluminum Fishing Boats, Tee Nee and Sterling trailers. In 1986 with the retirement of W Melvin Moyer and Earl J Haupt, Founders of Moyer & Haupt Inc., M & H Marine became a Haupt family business with Earl J Haupt becoming President/CEO, Craig R Haupt Vice President/CEO, Barry L Haupt Treasurer, Kyle D Haupt Secretary, and Krys M Haupt Controller/CFO.
